Senior Analyst – Customer Campaigns
Salary range: £31,600 - £39,500 per annum - DOE
Location: UK Remote – with travel to some of our key hubs including Glasgow and Newcastle when required

Our Team

Customer Interaction Management (CIM) operate across the Virgin Money Group to deliver accurate, robust and well controlled customer communication selections ensuring customers receive personalised communications in a timely and relevant manner.

We work across multiple product areas and technical platforms delivering customer selections and journeys making sure we deliver a great customer experience and engagement.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting data and delivering customer data selections in line with the data briefs.
  • Undertaking Marketing campaign data selections with an eye for detail to ensure they are timely, relevant, and personalised where appropriate.
  • Run and manage BAU tasks at the appropriate time.
  • Help to drive process efficiencies where appropriate.
  • Undertaking routine peer reviews for customer data selections
  • Operating within the appropriate control framework for executing customer selections
  • Ensuring that all activities are performed in line with the appropriate policies, standards and risk framework.

We need you to have

  • Knowledge of SAS / SQL or other database languages and the application of analytical skills to gather and interpret information.
  • Knowledge of campaign management platforms such as Pega CDH or Adobe Campaign to deliver customer communications.
  • Insatiable curiosity with a logical mindset and approach to problem solving and continued learning.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build business relationships with colleagues throughout the bank.

It’s a bonus if you have but not essential

  • Experience in stakeholder management or a similar role.
  • An understanding of relational database design.
  • An understanding of internal and external data sources (e.g. Experian, EDW, AWS, etc).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure.

If you're successful in securing a role with us, there are some checks you need to complete before starting. These include credit and criminal record checks and three years' worth of satisfactory references. If the role is part of the Senior Manager Regime and Certification Regime, it requires enhanced pre-employment checks – we'll ask for six years of regulatory references, and once in the role, you'll be subject to periodic employment checks.
