Salary range: - £43,600 - £57,000 per annum DOE + red-hot benefits

Our Digital Product team are on the lookout for an MI Specialist who will support the ongoing growth and transformation of our Unsecured Lending portfolio, encompassing Credit Cards and Personal Loans.

You’ll use insight, analytics, and data to be a key contributor to all aspects of delivering great customer outcomes through digital experiences for customers, including driving customer engagement, improving journey satisfaction, increasing digital primacy, and reducing operating costs.   

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of all digital product related MI and insight
• Champion the use of data and analytics to identify weaknesses in existing customer journeys
• Define and develop effective cross product metrics, functional reports, analytics, and management information
• Scope and perform complex analysis to articulate, in a straightforward manner, performance / customer experience
• Provide data, insight and expert recommendations that inform prioritisation decisions of changes
• Create benefits case documentation to help gain organisational buy-in for customer initiatives
• Understand business needs for analytics and management information, turning them into requirements that supports the development of the ongoing Unsecured Lending strategy.

We need you to have

• Extensive experience of data analysis and developing management information
• Expertise in all areas of performance measurement and evaluation, including developing scorecards, dashboards, and metrics
• Designed and project managed the build of performance and business intelligence systems
• Expertise in supporting the management of a service/ function through advanced analytics
• Proven experience of positively delivering change and transformation
• A deep understanding of the tools and technologies that can support great reporting, automation, and visualisation to diverse stakeholders
  
  

It’s a bonus if you have but not essential

• Experience of programming or querying languages (such as SQL, DAX, Python)
• A good working knowledge of major system development and project management lifecycles, including Agile, Scaled Agile, Kanban and hybrid waterfall/agile.
