Our Team

Right now we’re looking for a Business Change & Resource Specialist with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for planning, and a natural instinct for bringing order to complexity. Your mission? Help us stay ahead of change by making sure key initiatives are properly tracked, reported, and assessed for their impact across the Banks core operational areas. You’ll also play an integral part in the governing and facilitation of our inhouse recruitment process.

What you’ll be doing

  • Keeping a sharp lens on all scheduled change activity across the Bank – making sure we’ve got a clear, accurate and up-to-date view of what’s coming down the track.
  • Supporting the facilitation and development of our process for capturing and reporting upcoming business change.
  • Acting as a vital link between Change Delivery teams and Resource Planning, ensuring all upcoming changes are assessed for operational impact and readiness.
  • Creating clear, digestible reporting that helps leaders and stakeholders make confident, informed decisions.
  • Coordinating and facilitating change governance forums to ensure visibility, prioritisation and alignment.
  • Identify pinch points, overlaps and potential capacity risks early through effective ordering and presentation of change initiatives presented for impact assessment and subsequent returns from Resource Planning.
  • Helping embed a culture of structured  change planning and impact awareness across the Bank.
  • Support the Lead Business Change Specialist and Senior Manager in the development and evolution of an effective change governance and reporting process.
  • Work in conjunction with the Lead Resource Specialist, Hiring Managers, HR and Talent Acquisition teams in the governing, facilitating and reporting against our latest recruitment and resource position.

We need you to have

  • Someone with experience in business change, PMO, transformation or resource planning (bonus points if you’ve worked across all of them).
  • A natural organiser with strong attention to detail and a love of process.
  • Solid experience of planning for change and/or business reporting – with the ability to turn complex data in to actionable insight.
  • Great relationship building skills – you’ll be working with teams from across the Bank.
  • A confident communicator who’s just as comfortable in spreadsheets as they are participating in regular stakeholder discussion forums and steering meetings.
  • Someone who can keep a cool head handling reporting on multiple change initiatives, all with moving parts.
  • A good level of competence in use of Microsoft packages including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Someone with strong presentation skills – able to use the tools at their disposal to create visually striking and brilliantly basic ways of delivering key messages to stakeholders.

Red Hot Rewards

  • Generous holidays - 38.5 days annual leave (including bank holidays and prorated if part-time) plus the option to buy more.
  • Up to five extra paid well-being days per year.
  • 20 weeks paid, gender-neutral family leave (52 weeks in total) for expectant parents and those looking to adopt.
  • Market-leading pension.
  • Free private medical cover, income protection and life assurance.
  • Flexible benefits include Cycle to Work, wellness and health assessments, and critical illness.

And there's no waiting around, you'll enjoy these benefits from day one.

If we’re lucky to receive a lot of interest, we may close the advert early. Please ensure to submit your applications as soon as possible.
