We are starting an exciting journey to grow our team, and this brand-new role has been created to lead our team who support Controls management alongside our Business Banking colleagues.
As a Senior Business Banking Controls Manager, you’ll be leading the delivery of good customer outcomes by ensuring adherence to Credit and Economic Crime policies in a high performing, fast paced team. Working closely with the Relationship Management team, and the 1LOD Risk and Controls teams across the Group, you’ll be ensuring key controls are effective in key risk areas such as Credit and Economic Crime.

If you're successful in securing a role with us, there are some checks you need to complete before starting. These include credit and criminal record checks and three years' worth of satisfactory references. If the role is part of the Senior Manager Regime and Certification Regime, it requires enhanced pre-employment checks – we'll ask for six years of regulatory references, and once in the role, you'll be subject to periodic employment checks.
