Salary range:  £40,800 to £51,000 per annum DOE
Location: Hybrid - Occasional travel to a UK Virgin Money Hub when required.

Our team

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Collaboration Services team, part of Digital Workplace. This team is responsible for supporting a wide range of technologies such as, Microsoft 365 and Symantec products across both production and test environments.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting project delivery initiatives
  • Maintaining risk awareness across change delivery and BAU processes
  • Enhancing services through process improvements
  • Assisting the wider team in resolving complex user queries
  • Supporting the following technologies: IBM Domino 9 & IBM Notes 9; Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint; Microsoft Entra, including Entra Connect; Microsoft Copilot

We need you to have

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Exchange
  • Understanding of messaging standards such as SMTP, DMARC, DKIM, and SPF
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with Incident, Change and Problem Management processes
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

It’s a bonus if you have but not essential

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (2012/2016/2019)
  • Ability to create PowerShell scripts for our MS tenants
  • Used Symantec.cloud services
  • Created and supported Power Automate flows
  • Experience of supporting SharePoint Online and 2016 / 2019 servers
  • Experience with Active Directory and Entra.
  • Experience with IBM Lotus Domino 8.5 / 9 Server Administration in a clustered / enterprise environment
