Salary Range: £25,250 - £27,000 per annum DOE + benefits 
Location: UK Hybrid with occasional visits to a local HUB

What you’ll be doing

  • Being the point of contact for prospective & existing customers for a range of administrative tasks, providing a simply brilliant experience.
  • Always providing a professional & personable customer service, taking ownership of queries & requests.
  • Contributing to the team’s overall business objectives.
  • Ensuring that service quality is of the highest order, develop measures to continually assess the service provided to clients.
  • Maintaining & demonstrating high degrees of data quality & accuracy.
  • Ensuring all policies, procedures & FCA banking regulations are always adhered to.
  • Working independently but also be a good team player, with a ‘can do’ attitude.

We need you to have

  • A high-level awareness of money laundering, risk assessment and risk management of policies and procedures. 
  • Previous experience of building successful relationships both internally and externally via various communication methods.
  • A genuine passion for customer service, and willingness to go the extra mile, to ensure a positive outcome.
  • Be comfortable phoning customers to provide a simply brilliant experience.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Good time management, ensuring all tasks are complete within required timescales.
  • A superb eye for detail to ensure the accurate and timely completion of tasks.

If you're successful in securing a role with us, there are some checks you need to complete before starting. These include credit and criminal record checks and three years' worth of satisfactory references. If the role is part of the Senior Manager Regime and Certification Regime, it requires enhanced pre-employment checks – we'll ask for six years of regulatory references, and once in the role, you'll be subject to periodic employment checks.
