The Virgin Money AcadeMe has a clear vision of “Developing people into work, developing people at work”. Through the AcadeMe we offer apprenticeships to brilliant new colleagues who have chosen to ‘earn while they learn’, studying up to degree level. We also believe in enabling existing colleagues to achieve their learning goals, using apprenticeships to grow capability within the bank. On the leadership side, we offer an MBA, a Chartered Manager Degree programme and a Team Leader apprenticeship. We also have colleagues studying towards qualifications in Accountancy, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Financial Services Customer Services and Cyber Security.
