Our Team
The Senior PMO Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the successful execution of Enterprise Systems projects by focusing on governance, assurance and financial management. The role requires a professional with a strong background in PMO activities and project management.

The team is responsible for the governing, enabling, and assuring the effective delivery of the Enterprise Systems portfolio.
We are looking for Senior PMO Analyst to drive the Enterprise Systems change and delivery standards. We are a large project-led portfolio with a varied remit. Mostly using the waterfall methodology but there is also an Agile element.

What you’ll be doing
• Working with the team to improve project governance using the current framework
• Monitor compliance with governance frameworks and highlight deviations
• Facilitate regular governance meetings, including control boards and project boards
• Conduct project assurance reviews to assess the health and performance of projects
• Review all risk and issues to ensure they are aligned to the guidance and of the required quality
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with business requirements
• Ensure all mandatory documents are of the required standard and stored in the shared repository
• Work with the Project Manager to ensure project budgets are managed effectively and aligned to financial and strategic targets
• Track project expenditure and provide detailed financial reports to stakeholders
• Conduct financial analysis and ensure Project Managers input the variances as required

We need you to have
• Proven track record in PMO, with demonstrable experience of change methodologies, financial, resource and risk management
• Be a self-starter, well organised and able to work independently on complex tasks
• Meticulous in managing project documentation and financial records
• Capable of leading governance initiatives and influencing stakeholders
• Flexible in adapting to changing project requirements and environments
• Committed to maintaining high standards of governance and ethical conduct

It’s a bonus if you have but not essential
• Recognised Waterfall / Agile qualifications and/or experience of working in these areas
