Our Team
The broader Operational Risk Management team covers Operational Risk, Operational Resilience, People Risk, Payments Risk, Technology & Cyber Risk and Change Risk. This team heads up the Risk Transformation programme, which looks to design many of the basic principles of risk management adopted by Virgin Money across a 4-year timeframe. We also look after the governance, risk and compliance (GRC) system and all digital tools for risk management, alongside People Risk, reporting and the Operational Risk framework. This role reports to the Operational Risk Systems Manager. The role has a strong focus on the implementation and management of the GRC system, therefore the role works closely with other risk teams across the 3 Lines of Defence, as well as wider functions that leverage the Risk Management system to form an enterprise-wide view of Virgin Money’s risk profile.
